1. What is the minimum order quantity?  Minimum quantity is 300 pieces per type, order more, costs less. 2. Any discount offered for re-make of the same order? Discount will be given for re-make request within 1 year. 3. How long does it take? Generally, production can be completed within 14 to 21 days after artwork approval, but may be longer or shorter depending on complexity and quantity. For small quantity orders(<5000 pieces), 90% of our customers received their products within 30 days of order confirmation. 4. How do I know my order status? You can always track your order from our Order Tracking page. 5. Any limitation on pin size? Common pins size ranges from 1/2 to 1' 2/1 inches, but we can make larger or smaller upon request, extra fee may apply in this case. 6. Any limitation on number of colors? We offer 6 colors free of charge, extra fee applys to additional colors. 7. How do you calculate the prices? We calculate prices based on complexity, number of colors, size, material and quantity. 8. Can I have both pins and key chains of the same design? For example, if I order 600 pieces, can I have 300 pins and 300 key chains? Yes, please state when you place your order. 9. Do you accept overseas order? Yes. Always welcome. 10. Can I see/get a pre-production sample(s)? Yes, we'll send you pictures of the sample(s) before mass production. And will wait until we have your final confirmation. In case you want to get the pre-production sample(s) via mail, this will cause a delay on final product delivery as this implies a double delivery. 11. How can I get the finished product? Products will be delivered through post office(SpeedPost priority delivery, reaches most cities around the world within 5 working days) or courier(Fedex, UPS, DHL etc.), all products we sent will be trackable online from the website of the relevant delivery agent. 12. Any delivery charge? Free if order quantity over 1000 pieces, additional charge applies to special delivery request(e.g. UPS overnight global express/split shipment etc.) 13. Can I make pins of my own artworks? Sure. We have extensive experience on making pins of personal artwork, company logo, organization logo, memorial pins/keyrings/etc. for wedding and graduation ceremony etc., gauranteed satisfactory. Note: The submitted artwork should be in the format of Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Corel Draw (.cdr), Encapsulated Postscript (.eps), GIF (.gif), PNG (.png) or JPEG (.jpeg, jpg). Vector file format preferred. 14. I want to order many different style of pins, can I have discount? Yes. 15. How to pay? We accept remittance, bank draft, bank deposit, checks or PayPal. 5% processing charge shall apply if pay by PayPal. For security reason, we currently do not have online credit card payment gateway. Remittance and bank deposit are the preferred payment methods. 16. What currencies do you accept? US Dollar, British Pound, Euro, Hong Kong Dollar. 17.
